The Embassy of Grenada is pleased to forward the following on behalf of the Washington Metropolitan Area Diaspora Consultative Committee (DCC) for Grenada’s Nationals Homecoming scheduled for August 5 – 18, 2012.

The DCC is requesting nominations for the Grenadian Homecoming 2012 Diaspora Awards to be awarded on Saturday, 18th August 2012 at the Closing Gala in Grenada.

1. Nominations should be submitted by Thursday, 31^st May 2012 to the Diaspora Consultative Committee at the Grenadian Embassy.
2. The Nomination Form and Award Criteria will be published on Embassy’s website as well as the Office of Diaspora Affairs.
3. The International Diaspora Consultative Committee (IDCC) will make final selections for Awards at its meeting on Friday, 15^th June 2012.

Successful candidates will be informed by the Office of Diaspora Affairs.  Those unable to collect their awards will have the awards collected on their behalf.
