If you have already submitted your application to the Consulate, your application can be tracked below using the first three (3) letters of your last name and your date of birth in the format “ddmmyyyy”.
PLEASE NOTE: All applications submitted prior to September 1, 2015 can not be tracked using this system.

If you have forwarded your application by mail and do not see status information below, please track your package and allow two (2) business days from the date of delivery for your application status to update.
ONLY the following applications can be tracked using this system:
- Visas/Pre-Clearance Letters
- Emergency Travel Documents
- Document Verification Letters

RECEIVED: Application has been received and logged but has not yet been reviewed by a member of the Consular Section.
PENDING: There is an issue with the application that prevents processing. If you have not been contacted by a member of the Consular Section please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (202) 265-2561, select option 2, and leave a voicemail for a return call.
PROCESSING: Application has been forwarded to the Immigration and Passport Department in Grenada for processing.
RETURNED: Application has been processed and returned via FedEx Standard Overnight (adult signature required), the pre-paid envelope provided, or is ready for pick in office during regular consular hours. For FedEx tracking number please email email@example.com.
